Mãe Dela

Mother, daughter, sister, Carla Menitra – TCP Mãe Dela – has steadily established herself as an essential presence on the music scene. She was one of the first women to take over the DJ booth in Lisbon’s underground in the ’90s, breaking barriers and inspiring new generations. She grew up between the streets of Bairro Alto and Lisbon’s outskirts, always hungry for new sounds and artists to discover. Her record bag always carries a bit of everything, so every set is a singular journey—through rhythms and beats in a landscape of light, sensuality, celebration, and emotion.
