JESUTON

Jesuton is a British singer-songwriter with Jamaican and Nigerian roots who began her career on the streets of Rio de Janeiro in 2012. Since then, she has won over Brazilian audiences with her powerful voice, blending soul, jazz, funk, and Afro-Brazilian sounds, performing on major stages such as Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, The Town, and festivals throughout Brazil and Europe. She has released three albums through Som Livre and collaborations with artists like Seu Jorge, Marcelo D2, and Pongo. In 2025, she releases her first Portuguese-language album: “HOJE”, a sonic manifesto of Brazilian Afropop celebrating the global Black diaspora. This new show, presented in Lisbon, will be supported by bass, percussion, and backing vocals, marking a new phase in her relationship with Europe.
