CAIS Sodré FUNK CONNECTION

Celebrating 15 years of a unique journey, Cais Sodré Funk Connection, true ambassadors of soul and funk “made in Portugal”, return with a new album of original songs in Portuguese, releasing on September 25th: Um Quarto na Rua Cor de Rosa – a title that evokes the Lisbon street where the band was born.

On stage will be Francisco Rebelo (bass), João Gomes (keys), David Pessoa (guitar), Rui Alves (drums), the powerful horn section led by João Cabrita, the seductive voice of Tamin, and master of ceremonies NBC. It will be a unique night, full of groove, funk & soul, featuring the already known singles “Mau Perder” and “Tem de Ser”, and many other surprises from this band that never stops innovating and challenging themselves.
