THE DYE THAT COMES FROM THE BARK with NATURAL TINCTORIA

Tinctoria is a circular economy project that transforms organic waste and dyeing plants into artisanal dyes and educational experiences. It emerges from the need to rethink the environmental impact of industrial dyes and the urgency to recover manual and ecological knowledge that connects people to materials and territory.

Conceição Pires is an instructor in natural dyeing, focusing on the use of dyeing plants in sustainable and educational practices. She coordinates training activities with a sensory and inclusive approach, promoting direct contact with botanical raw materials and participatory methodologies.
